Jalgam Vengal Rao - Is he Andhra or Telenga or Just Settler

Here is the biography of Jalgam Vengal Rao, i got on his own website, which states that "Vengal Rao hailed from Buyannagudem in Khammam district". I am not sure, if that region is from Andhra side or telengana side of khammam district.

continuing on, He appointed an IAS officer Mr. Sharma, while he was CM, has written a book, in which he didicated atleast 3 chapters about Jalgam vengal rao rule and how he was given free hand to concentrate on development of Khammam district. The book is entitled "Asalu emi jarigindhi ante".

There was also a reference of how a collector got into trouble due to the land ceiling act, as some of the relatives of Jalgam Vengal Rao have stopped a file, so that his close associates and family members could enjoy the agriculture land for one whole year, before turning it over to collector.

The book also talks about how Sanjay Gandhi was given special treatment during his visit to Khammam rural area, and the technique the collector used to escape from the issue, with the Principal secretary, as that whole trip was audited.

It also talks about why and how an IAS officer for the betterment of Khammam has given special permissions to ITC in setting up Bhadrachalam paper mills, by acquiring, and registering the government land in record speed.

These are some of the instances which show that Jalgam vengal rao has special interests on khammam, from which he was elected.

This should be enough to prove that he is a telengana Chief Minister, eventhough TRS leaders and professors may not agree upon.

If they dont agree, then khammam is not part of Telengana.

Its unfortunate, that I could not find any more details about Jalgam vengal rao, except for he was Khammam Jilla parishad chairman before, and then he was elected to Assembly 2 times from old VEMSOOR constituency, which is very much in Khammam. I have already explained, how he strived for the benefit of khammam. Not sure what else will give him telengana citizenship.

The benefit and development Jalgam vengal rao has done to Khammam is not being done to any other district in Andhra Pradesh, His sons are still in Khammam and contest elections from satthupally, As a matter of fact Jalgam Prasad Rao is planning to join TRS.

If the fact is that Jalgam Vengal rao is born in Srikakulam bud worked for the betterment of Khammam, then he should be considered ANTI-ANDHRA
